Jennifer has more than 30 years of finance experience, including 25 years in real estate finance.

As Senior Vice President, Finance at Conwest, Jennifer helps shape the company’s financial strategy, manages key lender and capital relationships, and oversees banking operations and financing across the development portfolio.

Prior to joining Conwest, Jennifer built a long career in commercial and real estate lending with credit unions and financial institutions.

Most recently, as Vice President of a Vancouver Real Estate Lending Group at a large financial institution, Jennifer and the team managed financing for some of Western Canada’s largest developers across acquisitions, construction, and long-term loans.

Jennifer is also an active industry coach and mentor, supporting the growth and development of others in the industry.

Reade Wolansky

Vice President, Real Estate Finance

Harbour Mortgage

Reade is VP Real Estate Finance for BC at Harbour Mortgage and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance across Western Canada. His background includes three years as VP of Debt & Equity at Avison Young and nearly a decade at a Schedule 1 Canadian Bank. Throughout his career, Reade has originated and structured over $2.5B in financings across all asset classes, with a specialized focus on construction and interim lending. A relationship-driven advisor and creative problem solver, Reade is dedicated to providing capital solutions that balance stakeholder interests and ensure long-term success for borrowers and partners alike.

Bryan Yu

Chief Economist

Bryan Yu leads Central 1’s team of economists conducting macro- and regional economic analysis for the organization and the broader credit union system. He authors many of the team’s flagship economic and housing outlook reports and weekly notes. Bryan speaks regularly at credit union and industry events and is frequently contacted by media to provide national and provincial economic commentary. Within Central 1, he sits on various risk and treasury committees and heads its national IFRS9 Platform business. Bryan holds a MA in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a BA from the University of Manitoba. He currently serves on the boards of S.U.C.C.E.S.S., the B.C. Paraplegic Foundation and is president of the Canadian Association for Business Economics.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the UBC Sauder School of Business with a specialization in real estate.
