Kirk Kuester representing Colliers.

Kirk is Executive Managing Director of Colliers's Vancouver Brokerage operations and has been active in the Western Canadian real estate market since 1983. After 5 years in Calgary, Kirk relocated to Vancouver and joined Colliers in 1988. Kirk spent 14 years as a leading professional in the Capital Markets area where he was a market leader in the real estate debt and equity markets. In 2002, Kirk accepted the Managing Director role and assumed responsibility for the Vancouver office of Colliers.

Kirk is also Executive Sponsor of Colliers National Investment Services which is a group of senior Investment professionals that are focused primarily on Candian Institutional investors and large national or regional private capital investors.

Norm Taylor representing CBRE.

Norm Taylor is the Executive Vice President & Managing Director of CBRE’s Vancouver brokerage operation, which is consistently ranked amongst the top producing CBRE operations in North America. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s real estate operations throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and across British Columbia (B.C.). Business lines within his purview include Brokerage, Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance and Project Management. Mr. Taylor is a member of CBRE’s Canadian Management Team.

Bal Atwal representing Avision Young.

Bal Atwal specializes in the sale and acquisition of investment properties and development sites in British Columbia, with a primary focus along major commercial corridors in Metro Vancouver. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2008, Bal was a commercial mortgage investment analyst with Sun Life Financial, where he acquired a strong background in real estate valuation. His analytical background, creativity and dedication to his clients have enabled him to successfully negotiate a wide range of complex and significant transactions.
