Runyu is the Managing Partner of Adina Capital, a Canadian commercial mortgage lender headquartered in Vancouver. Her team specializes in providing flexible real estate financing to developers, investors, and property owners. She previously worked at a large private real estate lender, where she underwrote over $9.53 billion in real estate across all major asset classes, issuing $3.15 billion in letters of intent to lend. Runyu graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Real Estate, from the University of British Columbia.

Brad Wise
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Western Canada
Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital
Brad Wise serves as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Western Canada, for Cameron Stephens, a role he has held since joining the company in 2021. With over 25 years of experience in commercial investment real estate, Brad brings extensive expertise in real estate debt and equity finance, asset management, and transaction execution. Before his tenure at Cameron Stephens, Brad spent 14 years with a Vancouver-based real estate investment and asset management firm, including nine years as President. Throughout his career, Brad has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, and monetization of over $1.2 billion in real estate assets. Brad has a strong background in establishing and capitalizing numerous closed-end prospectus public real estate funds and private equity limited partnerships. His experience spans acquiring, owning, operating, and developing industrial, office, and multi-family assets across British Columbia, Ontario, and select US markets. He is also well-versed in real estate financing, with significant experience in the formation and operation of debt portfolio funds and strategic execution. Brad's key areas of strength include acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, debt and equity financing, decision-making, problem-solving, corporate governance, negotiation, communication, and business acumen. Brad holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. His extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving Cameron Stephens' success in the Western Canadian market.

Alexander Hayne
Principal
Domain Funding
Alexander is a principal of Domain Funding, and a director of Domain Mortgage Corp., which administers $200 million in private-fund mortgages. Alexander is a career banker specializing in commercial mortgages, and has arranged and funded more than $1 billion of commercial mortgages throughout Western Canada over the past 25 years. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and a Fellowship Designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers. He is also a licensed mortgage broker in both British Columbia and Alberta.

Clayton Brown
Vice President, Financing
Peakhill Capital
Clayton Brown is the Vice President, Financing at Peakhill Capital and is in the Vancouver office. He is responsible for originating CMHC-insured and conventional loans with a primary emphasis on the BC market. He has extensive experience originating construction, bridge, and term facilities up to $100M across all asset classes, with a focus on multi-family properties. Prior to joining Peakhill, Clayton worked for 10 years at a leading CMHC-approved lender and Schedule 1 bank, where he originated over $2.5B in loans. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from McGill University. He is a licensed Submortgage Broker in BC through BCFSA.
