Reade Wolansky

Vice President, Debt

Avison Young

Reade joined Avison Young in 2022 as VP - Debt & Equity Finance. Reade has specialized in commercial real estate finance since 2011 with his focus and experience spanning across Western Canada's primary and secondary markets. Spending the previous 9.5 years at a Schedule 1 Canadian Bank, Reade was responsible for origination, structure, and the management of a diverse loan portfolio. From initial loan review through to repayment Reade's skillset as leader and trusted advisor has helped him earn a successful transactional track record amassing over $2.4B in financings. Reade strives to be a creative problem solver and relationship focused advisor. He aspires to balance each stakeholders interests in order to ensure each financing provides an immediate solution and enables long term relationship building across capital partners and Borrowers. With deal experience across all asset classes, Reade also has a depth of knowledge in the areas of construction and interim financing. He posits that arranging the right relationship amongst Borrower's and Capital Partners will encourage the long term success of all parties.

Bryan has been actively involved in commercial real estate financing since joining Realtech 23 years ago. He specializes in structuring syndicated debt through Realtech’s direct lending arm, primarily for mezzanine construction and land financing opportunities. Bryan also has vast brokerage experience, with a focus on arranging CMHC Insured financing.



Matt Muir

Matt Muir is the VP of Commercial Real Estate at Coast Capital Savings and leads a 30 person team spread across locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Victoria.  A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt spent time working in appraisal, brokerage, and land acquisitions before moving into banking and commercial lending with TD Bank, and now Coast Capital.

Coast Capital’s real estate group provides term, land and construction financing across all asset types, with loan exposure of over $5B spread throughout BC, as well as major urban markets across Canada.



AJ Delisle

Vice President, Real Estate

Royal Bank of Canada

AJ Delisle serves as the Vice President of Real Estate at RBC in British Columbia, where he leads a team specializing in financial services for developers, investors, and community builders. Beginning his career in 2002 at Prospera Credit Union, AJ started as a frontline Service Representative before gradually assuming more senior roles, eventually leading a branch sales team in the Lower Mainland. Joining RBC in 2009 as a Commercial Account Manager, AJ transitioned to the Real Estate team, progressing through various roles, including Financing Specialist, Senior Commercial Account Manager, and Director. Notably, in 2019, AJ earned the Leo Award, RBC's prestigious recognition for outstanding contributions to the organization. Additionally, AJ is a respected speaker and educator in the real estate industry, sharing his expertise with organizations such as the Canadian Homebuilders Association, MIABC, NAIOP Vancouver, RICS Canada, UDI Vancouver, UDI Capital Region, and on Conversations Live with Stuart McNish. AJ holds an MBA from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a BComm from the University of Northern British Columbia. He is also certified as a CPA, CMA and CFP. Outside of work, AJ is dedicated to community service, actively participating in fundraising for BC Children's Hospital Foundation, where he has personally raised over $155,000 since 2020. AJ resides in Coquitlam with his wife and two children, where they enjoy being an active part of the community.
