Kirk Kuester is Executive Managing Director of Colliers International where he is responsible for the company’s strategy, business plan and operations in Metro Vancouver. With over 3 decades of experience with the company, Kirk takes great pride and responsibility in leading a business that traces its roots and legacy in Vancouver back to 1898.
Kirk commenced his career in the capital markets area where he became a market leader in facilitating real estate debt, equity and investment solutions for his many clients before accepting the Managing Director role in Vancouver in 2002. As an established executive and leader in the commercial real estate industry, Kirk is known for his vast network of relationships, his extensive market knowledge and insight as well as his considerable experience and expertise in building and leading a high-performance, client-focused, professional commercial real estate advisory business.

As the Executive Managing Director & Head of Real Estate, Mark brings over 40 years of experience to his leadership role in the firm. With a distinguished career in the real estate industry, Mark oversees the strategic direction and execution of Nicola real estate initiatives. In 1994, Mark helped establish the Vancouver office of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, an employee-owned company that has now grown significantly to a worldwide commercial brokerage company. Mark has extensive experience in sales and leasing of commercial real estate and served as the company’s Managing Director of the Vancouver office. This experience has proven invaluable in his current role at Nicola Wealth. Mark also served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation for nine years and has helped execute several capital fundraising campaigns
