As Director and Group Lead, Real Estate Banking at Scotiabank, Annie manages a dedicated team of associates to oversee commercial real estate financing across Canada including many high-profile syndicated projects in the Lower Mainland. With two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Annie is also Scotiabank’s first female lead in Western Canada. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and is happily married with two young kids.

Matt Muir is the VP of Commercial Real Estate at Coast Capital Savings and leads a 30 person team spread across locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Victoria. A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt spent time working in appraisal, brokerage, and land acquisitions before moving into banking and commercial lending with TD Bank, and now Coast Capital.
Coast Capital’s real estate group provides both term, (including CMHC) land and construction financing across all asset types, with loan exposure of approximately $5B spread throughout BC, as well as major urban markets across Canada.
Gagan Lalli
Vice President, Real Estate Finance
CMLS Financial
Gagan Lalli is a VP, Real Estate Finance at CMLS Financial located in Vancouver. He handles various types of commercial real estate financing across Canada including term loans, bridge loans, and constructions loans, with an emphasis on CMHC-insured business. CMLS currently has over $30B of commercial loans under administration across Canada.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2011, he worked with a boutique Vancouver-based firm that specializes in real estate and equipment financing throughout Western Canada. With over 15-years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Greg Gordichuk
Regional Director, Real Estate Financing (Western Region)
iA Global Asset Management
Greg Gordichuk is the Regional Director, Real Estate Financing (Western Region) at iA Global Asset Management. In his role, he oversees commercial mortgage production and underwriting in Western Canada. He has been working in the real estate industry since 2000 and has been with iA since 2005. He’s a graduate of UBC's commerce program and holds the AACI designation.
iA Global Asset Management is the investment arm of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc, a life insurance & wealth management company based in Quebec City with operations across Canada and the U.S. iA is a term lender with a strong focus currently on CMHC lending in urban markets across Canada.
