Rory M. Roberts is Chairman at INTECH Risk Management Inc. and has been engaged, on a global basis, in construction and other very large property insurance risk management programs for over forty years.
He has been involved in a dozen major league sports facilities and over seventy-five public sector infrastructure projects. In addition to his normal activities as a consultant to over sixty financial institutions in Canada, the United States of America and Europe, a number of real estate companies, and others, he is an active participant in furthering insurance risk management education within the financial institution and real estate and construction industries. He has also published a number of articles on insurance risk management issues, particularly with respect to real estate risks in Canada and the United States of America. He has appeared as an expert witness on many occasions on construction related issues and on the issue of terrorism insurance for the real estate industry. Rory is a member of Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario, and the Surety Association of Canada.

Peeter Wesik is the Chairman of Wesgroup Properties, a long term holder and developer of industrial, commercial and office properties. Peeter is also president of Parklane Homes, a leading residential home builder.
Peeter has over 30 years of experience in corporate law, corporate acquisitions, real estate investing, mortgage lending, and structuring and negotiating complex transactions. He has a B.A. and a B. Law from UBC.
Peeter is also a Director of the Urban Development Institute in B.C., a trustee of St. George's School Foundation, and he was a member of the United Way 2009 Lower Mainland cabinet.

Helmut Pastrick is Chief Economist for Central 1 Credit Union, the umbrella organization for the credit union system in the provinces of BC and Ontario. The system has about 2.7 million credit union members with an asset base over $65 billion.
Prior to joining Central in 1997, he spent many years with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in BC responsible for analyzing and forecasting the provincial housing market and economy.
He is past President of the Association of Professional Economists of BC, a member of the Canadian Association for Business Economics, and the BC Economic Forecast Council.
Helmut is frequently called upon by the media to provide comments on economic events and his presentations are in demand by many organizations and groups, including credit unions, trade and professional associations, and service clubs.
