Housing Market Update

Bio

Keith Stewart is a Senior Market Analyst with CMHC covering the Lower Mainland. Keith provides commentary on new home construction, resale, and rental market developments and their impacts on the housing market. In addition, he supports research conducted by CMHC to inform the federal government on ongoing national housing issues. He has a Master’s degree in economics from the University of British Columbia and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
